Caren Zorgt II

Caren Zorgt is a Dutch website for people who receive care or care for someone. It is an online application that lets you organise care, share info, make notes, plan tasks etc. and connect with a care provider to follow the medical dossier. For this project I designed the entire GUI of the site, the registration process/wizard and all the illustrations.
